Mental health challenges during pregnancy, after childbirth and in the postpartum period can profoundly affect the lives of families. At times like these, it is important to know that no one has to face these challenges alone and that help is available.

Schatten & Licht e.V. supports those affected and their loved ones with understanding, experience and a listening ear. Our work is largely carried out by volunteers, and our services are free of charge.
